I worked for Kelly Services as a chat advisor for Apple. They make so many promises before you take the job and give you a shift.

When actually starting to work, they had issues with their own equipment. Told to call and get a ticket number and would be excused as it was a widely known issue. Showed up on my scheduled as Tech-Non excused and no one seemed to care.

If you go to the bathroom and it’s not your break or lunch, you don’t get paid. They want you to go into lunch aux so you use up your 30 minutes of unpaid time.

If you already took your lunch or can’t wait until next break , you still must go into lunch aux. Then you get in trouble for taking longer than 30 minutes on lunch. They will dock your paycheck saying “approved with changes” and we are t talking a few minutes. I am talking a couple hours or more a week.

When you ask them to explain, you get no response except that it’s pending and you never get paid. Apple should take their customer support back from Kelly.

Kelly doesn’t care about customers and is really rude to them.

If you need to take a day off, you can forget it. You have to report absent and those count against you, even if you have a death in the family.
